Progression Personal Training, delivered by Breanna Stebbins, NASM-CPT, WLS, CES
brings professional fitness training services to the comfort and convenience of your home, any other permissible indoor space, or feasible outdoor locations within the Orlando, FL area. One-on-one training, small group training sessions with 2-4 participants, and group exercise classes with 5-25 participants are available 7 days a week to offer flexibility and accommodate most schedules.

Hi! My name is Breanna. I am a mom of 2 and have been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer (2015), Weight Loss Specialist (2017), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (2018). I am currently working toward my NASM/AFAA Group Fitness Instructor certification, but have lots of experience in group exercise instruction for fitness classes including The River Valley Club's Metabolic Activation Training and LA Fitness's AquaFit Water Aerobics. I am also a former Fitness Coach for Orangetheory Fitness.
Since becoming a fitness professional, I have made it my mission to help others improve their lives through consistent physical activity, good nutrition, and a positive mindset.
I have trained hundreds of individuals of all ages and physical conditions, including recreational athletes (golfers, etc), those who struggle with weight management, and those with previous or current injuries, various comorbidities or other physiological limitations. I have coached clients in one-on-one and small-group settings. as well as in various group exercise classes.
More importantly, I have helped my clients feel better, move better, live better, and achieve the results they desire. I look forward to having the opportunity to help you do the same!
For optimal results, each fitness program is systematically designed using the progression training methods of the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Optimum Performance Training (OPT)™ Model, which incorporates multiple training modalities that produce scientifically-proven results specific to individual needs and goals. To achieve uniquely desired results*, every potential client receives:
A complimentary lifestyle consultation to better understand individual needs and desired results
A thorough fitness assessment to collect current data and determine the most appropriate program and "S.M.A.R.T." (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-oriented) plan of action to help reach individual goals.
