Testimonials
Letter of recommendation for Ian Campbell
From Eli Montaigue Head of the World Taiji Boxing Association
Ian has been training with me for the past five years, attending many workshops and taking private tuition as much as he can. Since that time he has shown a good understanding for the art, training hard and also organising workshops in his area.
He has trained it to a good level, learning a large amount of the syllabus,
And last year was graded by me to 1st degree Instructor, he is now running his own classes in England, and still attends many workshop of mine to keep his own training up to scratch.
Eli Montaigue,
Head of the W.T.B.A. internal arts schools,
Taijiquan, Baguazhang, Wu-Dang.
I started training with Ian Campbell in November 2007. I have found the training perfect for me as it has a fantastic balance, using traditional kung fu training methods to stay true to the art, but also looking at a modern, up to date, method of training. Because of this I have enjoyed my training and will continue to do so with Ian and would recommend him to anyone who wishes to start training Martial arts.
Michael Melrose
Ian's classes are great. I've always wanted to learn martial arts that could be used in a real-life situation and this is exactly what Ian teaches. Ian clearly has years of martial arts experience and is able to easily translate martial art forms in to street-fighting scenarios and applications. Classes are diverse and challenging, yet highly rewarding when concepts sink in. Ian has a good style of teaching; he is professional, honest in is his assessments and above all he knows how to have a laugh.

Over the years I have studied a number of different Martial Arts under a number of different instructors. And as a member of Ian Campbell’s Bagua class, I have been impressed with Ian’s enthusiasm, his knowledge of his subject and his teaching ability. If I were to be asked to recommend a Martial Arts Instructor to anyone, Ian Campbell would be one name on a very short list.
