All programmes will be designed to cater for your individual requirements. You can combine aspects from two or more programmes to create your own personal training sessions.

All Trainer

Hit’em Kickboxing

A complete body workout based upon lots of pad and bag hitting. Working to a high level of fitness as well as flexibility, body toning and basic self-defence. This programme is an ideal stress reliever and will also help develop focus and complete body conditioning as well as promoting weight loss.

Gym and Aerobic Fitness

This programme works through all aspects of the fitness suite for developing complete body fitness. Improve your muscle tone and fitness through the use of various pieces of apparatus to construct a programme designed to achieve the results you want.

Specialist Programmes Available

Tai Chi

A programme to promote health and balance to your life using a combination of slow forms and exercise as well as unlocking your bodies explosive energy. Tai chi self-defence can be taught as a more combative approach to the programme.

Qi Gong and Internal Healing

With the use of standing postures and breathing exercises, this programme focuses on the bodies energy systems and internal organs to promote longevity and revitalise your energy levels. This also helps to calm the mind and body and frees you from the stresses of everyday life.

Explosive Energy Boxing

Direct response self defence derived from the internal martial arts. Using methods from various internal martial arts, this programme will teach you how to train an instinctive self-defence mentality as well as to improve your fitness level. Ideal for those looking for that bit extra.

Bagua

A circular healing and self-defence system designed to focus on balance and internal power. Using extremely intricate movements, this programme will take your flexibility, balance and coordination to the highest level.

WuDang

The original internal martial art which Tai Chi, Bagua and Xing Yi were developed from. This programme uses a combination of movements and exercises to deliver a complete body workout and to promote health. You will learn how to cultivate and transfer your body’s natural energy through posture training, movement and focus.

Hung Gar

The 5 Animal kung fu system of the Southern Shaolin Temple is a world famous self-defence system that promotes all aspects of physical fitness and body conditioning. This programme combines ancient and modern forms of exercise to progress your training to the highest level possible.

Elephant Fist

An extremely compact kung fu system that stresses hard and physical training with extra emphasis put on body conditioning. You will learn power movements, which will develop into a body building style programme as well as working to a high level of fitness.

Shaolin Wing Chun

A self-defence system that focuses on speed and short-range power for close range combat. This programme will incorporate traditional and gym exercises so that you can achieve the results you deserve.

Kali

Learn knife and weapon defence from the Filipino art of Kali-Ilustrisimo. This programme is not for the faint hearted. The hard-hitting reality of weapons and a more in-depth understanding of body movement combined with hundreds of training methods will make anyone better equipped for self-defence in its true form.
